The facility is provided by the SBASSE central labs clean room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Electron-Beam lithography<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>EBL is available to  group members, facility is provided by the SBASSE Central lab SEM labs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Precision Balance<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A number of precision balances are available to group members.
