Workshop on
Randomness
FIRST ANNOUNCEMENT Modern Cryptography relies on Complexity Theory to quantify the effort involved in deciphering a message that has been encrypted. The output of a good cryptosystem looks like random numbers. This observation can be made more precise. It can be used to construct Pseudorandom Number Generators that can be proved to have no noticeable pattern. Come and explore the interface between Complexity theory, Cryptography, Random Number Generators, Probability and Statistics. Resource Person: Arif Zaman, Imran Aziz. Venue: Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Lahore. Registration Fee: Student Rs. 500, For registration Click the Link: Workshop Registration Form and further information Contact:
