Workshop Overview

Making the right business decision at right time during business activities determines the success or failure of your business and is creating a formidable challenge for managers today.  Potential and existing customers are just a mouse-click away to come or leave your business.  Business Intelligence is no longer an option but a requirement in your business processes.
